Executive Chef Jeremy Harris and his team have elevated Patummat’s Sunday Brunch to a fresh and exciting new level with a Harvest theme that highlights amazing ingredients and authentic flavours.
Start your feast with the freshest seafood; including Alaskan King & Snow Crab, imported French Oysters, as well as mouth-watering BBQ River Prawns, Squid and Sea Bass straight from the grill.
Also available from the grill, cooked to your liking, are Australian Lamb Chops, Beef Steaks, and Chorizo Sausages, plus two Carvery stations featuring Roasted Fish and Honey-glazed Ham, and a Premium Sushi & Sashimi Bar that includes Wagyu Beef sushi, so you are literally spoilt for choice.
In addition, Chef Jeremy has also recreated the atmosphere of a country-style Harvest Market with a unique interactive Thai Salad station, a Fruit & Vegetable Juicing station and a Thai Dessert station.
All this, plus a wide variety of Thai, Chinese and International hot dishes, a California-inspired Organic Salad Bar, as well as an astonishing assortment of freshly made breads, cheeses, cakes, pastries and a chocolate fountain too!
